Esra Kanlı, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Special Education in Istanbul University, Turkey. She received her Ph.D. in Gifted Education from the same university. Her main research areas are, scientific creativity, creative problem posing and solving, creativity assessment, creativity related constructs/individual differences, science education for gifted learners, differentiation in science and acceleration. She has published several articles and book chapters on creativity and giftedness.
